At the end of his Caribbean sailing season in Spring, Avel Vaez will complete an Atlantic crossing under sail.

On April 4th, 2026, the catamaran and its crew will set sail from Le Marin, Martinique, and begin the transatlantic journey in the return direction. After more than 2,000 nautical miles of sailing, our catamaran is expected to arrive in the Azores on April 18, 2026 – in the famous port of Horta, on Faial Island.
